Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Apex Velocity website (the "Site") or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Apex Velocity regarding your use of the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. By using the Site you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the authority to submit it.

Description of Services

The Site provides informational content and an online intake form through which businesses may express interest in funding products. Apex Velocity does not itself extend credit on this demonstration Site, and no transaction is processed or transmitted.

Submitting an application or inquiry does not create any obligation on the part of Apex Velocity and does not guarantee approval, funding, specific amounts, rates, or terms. Any figures, ranges, or estimates shown on the Site (including calculators) are illustrative only and do not constitute an offer of credit.

Fees

Use of this demonstration Site is free. In a real engagement, any applicable fees, interest, factor rates, or charges would be disclosed in a separate, signed agreement before funds are advanced. No fees are charged through this Site.

User Obligations

Provide accurate and truthful information.
Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
Do not submit another person's information without authorization.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Apex Velocity does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Velocity and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site. As a fictional demonstration, no actual liability is contemplated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute would be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
